THE Bishop of Worcester (in open-necked shirt) told me in Warndon Sainsbury's that he never reads the Worcester Evening News.
No doubt the poor chap is too busy, but how does he keep abreast of local events?
He did agree that I had a point when I said (You Say, March 7) that the Church of England basically caters for the middle classes. He was choosing some grapefruit.
GEORGE COWLEY,
Warndon,
Worcester.
