I MUST express my concern over the culling process of farm animals.
Over the Easter weekend, we have been subjected to scenes of so-called slaughtermen running amok with a rifle chasing terrified ewes and lambs, causing them and any witnesses extreme distress and not even able to shoot straight.
Who is allowing this to happen and why is this process becoming a total shambles?
As for the poor lambs struck out in mud-sodden fields, condemned to die there, prisoners-of-war have been treated like royalty compared to this.
MISS A POTTER,
Worcester.
