TOP legal and accountancy expertise is available in Worcester, claim two city firms which have advised on a £3.4m buy-out.
Law firm Harrison Clark and Rabjohns, business and tax experts, were the legal and corporate finance advisers for the management of Eadie Industries Ltd.
The company has engineering businesses in Cardiff, Birmingham and Sheffield, and turned over £12.7m last year.
"This deal demonstrates the level of expertise that is available locally," said Rod Thomas, corporate partner at Harrison Clark.
"Harrison Clark and Rabjohns were up against several international law and accountancy firms in the deal.
"Our clients received the legal, tax and corporate finance advice to give them an excellent outcome."
John Kembery, chairman of the buy-out company, added: "We were delighted with the help we received from the Worcester firms.
"As an experienced plc director, I know we received a first-class service and will continue to use both firms."
