WARWICKSHIRE Road Club riders secured top placings in their latest club train on the K37 10-mile course.
Despite being hampered by strong winds and heavy showers, Mick Harborne (Warwicks) rode to victory in 25 mins 42 secs.
Mark Bennett (Redditch Triathletes) made a welcome return to time trialing, snatching second in 25 mins 56 secs, and after having punctured before the start of last week's race, Ian Ingram rode well, finishing third in 26 mins 49 secs.
Veteran triathlete Chris Hotchkiss (Redditch Tri) continued his good form, finishing in 28 mins 40 secs.
Warwickshire Road Club are looking to incorporate a newcomers time trial this year which will be open to anyone over the age of 12 who can come along and 'try a trial' with other novices of all ages and abilities.
