THE Shadow Education Secretary is due to visit Redditch today amid the ongoing campaign for fairer funding for Worcestershire schools.
Theresa May will visit St Augustine's RC High School with Tory prospective Parliamentary candidate Karen Lumley.
They will meet headteacher Carol Buchanan and Cledwyn Davies, headteacher of Droitwich High School, who led a headteachers' protest to Parliament earlier this year.
Ms Lumley said: "I am pleased Theresa is coming to Redditch at the time when schools will be receiving their new budgets and she can see for herself just how our children are punished by this unfair system of funding for education."
