A Winyates West man was banned from driving for a year and fined £40 after admitting drink-driving on the Warwick Highway.
David Flye, 46, of Croft Close, was found to have 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Redditch magistrates also ordered him to pay £35 costs and referred him to a drink-driving rehabilitation course.
