HEADLESS Cross Ladies did arch rivals Redditch United Women a favour at the weekend by thumping bottom club Marconi 8-1.
The Abbey Stadium side stayed on course for third place.
Headless sit fourth but closed the gap on third-placed Southam to three points after Southam, who have played one game more, lost 2-1 to leaders Villa Veterans.
Cross entertain mid-table Villa Aztecs on Sunday (ko 2pm) with midfielder Gail Wright the only doubt with an ankle injury.
But manager Robert Auld is unsure where his side will be playing next season because of a planned redevelopment at the Abbey.
Redditch United Women and the Redditch Arrows American football team have already made arrangements to play elsewhere.
"We will have to start looking around but I'm not sure where is available," said Auld.
"They don't seem to have started work at the Abbey yet so we need to find out what is happening.
"The problem with women's football is you have to have separate changing facilities so council pitches could be a problem.
"Playing on a school field could be the only solution."
