SATIRICAL rag Private Eye seems to be well-acquainted by now with Wyre Forest MP David Lock.
Mr Lock has made his way into the pages of the magazine's latest edition, not for the first time, as part of an ongoing wrangle with the group Health Concern.
Previously, he has threatened legal action against Wyre Forest district councillor Frank Baillie, for remarks that appeared in the leftwing newspaper Tribune.
Mr Lock has also asked the publishers of the publication For You to take material off the shelves.
The MP told me the Private Eye article was "about 15 per cent accurate", but said he could not be bothered to launch a libel writ.
"No one believes what's in Private Eye," he said.
"And anyway it's circulation in Wyre Forest is minute."
No doubt the London-based publication will see this as giving the green light to more articles questioning Mr Lock's stance over the future of emergency medical care in Kidderminster.
