A GARDEN tribute to a popular parish priest is set to open its gates to the public next month. Four-year-old Hilary Foord dressed as an Elizabethan page in the herb garden at Harvington Hall.
A herb garden has been planted in the grounds of Harvington Hall in memory of Father Geoffrey Tucker who served at St Mary's Catholic Church in the village for 21 years.
He was also Worcest-ershire ecumenical officer for the faith until his death at the age of 80 in June, 1999.
An Elizabethan-style herb garden completed by volunteers from the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Gardens Trust has been planted in memory of Fr Geoffrey and will be officially opened on Saturday, June 30.
