ON visiting Bourton-on-the-Water recently my wife unfortunately tripped over an unlit sleeping policeman, road calming hump, (call it what you like), in a car park hitting her face, causing her glasses to cut a laceration on her cheek.
On arriving at hospital at approximately 9pm we were met by two very charming ladies, who immediately rendered treatment with butterfly type-stitches and dressing. Many thanks to those Florence Nightingales for making my wife comfortable. I wonder if the same treatment could have been got at a larger hospital.
Many thanks again to Bourton-on-the-Water Hospital.
