ON the evening of Wednesday, April 18, yobs broke into our little car which was parked on Dog Lane car park in Bewdley.
Frustrated, no doubt by alarms and wheel lock, they released the handbrake and pushed the car down the slope towards the river, where it crashed into the fence and trees.
The car is probably a write-off and we can't afford to replace it.
Thus ends 50 years of safe, trouble-free motoring, for the sake of five minutes' thrill for creatures who do not even know us.
I hope that one day they may see their own grandparents cry as much as we have over this mindless act.
