EXPERIENCED forward John Durnin will be the first player out of Kidderminster Harriers' summer revolving door.
Durnin, 35, has been Harriers' top scorer in Division Three with nine goals but boss Jan Molby is believed to be looking at assembling a younger squad.
And former Liverpool man Durnin, who made his name at Oxford and Portsmouth, has been told he can leave Aggborough when his contract expires in June.
He has scored some important goals in his 31 games for Harriers but has not been involved in recent weeks, showcasing his talents in the reserves instead.
Warrington-based Durnin turns 36 in August and has already expressed a desire to get involved with managing or coaching alongside his playing.
Harriers will sit down with other out-of-contract players next week - after Saturday's York City clash - to discuss their futures.
Tim Clarke, Steve Pope, Neil MacKenzie, Daire Doyle, Thomas Skovbjerg, Ben Davies and Andy Corbett are all out of contract in June.
Clarke and Pope have been transfer-listed with Paul Webb, Dean Bennett and Tony Bird.
Meanwhile, centre-back Mark Shail - who recently became a dad for the first time - will be seeing a specialist next week over a groin problem.
