MEN are being sought to add their voices to the highly successful Primrose Choir, which recently celebrated its first anniversary.
The choir started in April 2000 and since then has attracted 24 members from Redditch and Bromsgrove and performed 15 concerts, which have led to donations of more than £4,000.
The choir is the brainchild of musical director Kay Hadley and has entertainer Malcolm Stent as its president.
A spokesman said: "When people book us for an event, they can enjoy the music but they also know a very worthwhile cause is being supported.
"The choir has two objectives. The members thoroughly enjoy themselves but we are always striving to make more money for the hospice. Everything made goes to the charity and the work it does."
Singers, whether tenors, baritones, basses or "don't knows" are welcome to join the choir and training will be given.
Anyone interested in joining or booking the choir for an event can call Kay on 546158 or Pauline on 502767.
