THIS year's Stourport Carnival will see an all-town queen, princess and rosebud cast for the second successive year.
Organisers were delighted with the number of entries for the roles ahead of the event on Saturday, September 1, and the holders of all three positions hail from Stourport.
The carnival Queen is 21-year-old McDonalds area manager Emma Delaney Emma Delaney, while judges chose nine-year-old Burlish Middle School pupil Charlotte Whitford as princess and eight-year-old St Wulstan's RC Primary School pupil Angharad Rees as rosebud Princess Charlotte Whitford, (left) and

Carnival publicity officer Pete Roberts said about 30 people had turned up to Sunday's judging at Stourport Sports Club, Kingsway.
He added: "We ask that the princess and rosebud live in Stourport, but the 10-mile radius rule for the Queen has meant there have been some from other areas before.
"However, we have emerged with a Stourport trio this time even though the judges were very impressed with all the entrants.
"We would like to say a big thank you to everyone for their interest and hope to see them all again on the big day."
Emma was presented with £150 and a trophy while her dress, which she will be able to keep, has been ordered.
Charlotte and Angharad were awarded £20 Woolworth vouchers and their dresses, which they will also be able to keep, were ordered.
