FOUR men have appeared at Worcester Crown Court accused of taking part in a violent incident in Yates's Wine Lodge, Kidderminster.
Kevin Kilkenny, 18, of Foxholes, Kidderminster, denied violent disorder but agreed to be bound over in the sum of £250 to behave for a year.
His counsel Ian Strongman said Kilkenny admitted that he had had too much to drink but was on the fringe of the disturbance on December 10 last year.
Kye Harden, 23, of Plimsoll Street, Kidderminster, Lee Saunders, 19, of Heronfield Close, Church Hill, Redditch, and Martin Downs, 24, of Kinver Avenue, Kidderminster, all denied violent disorder.
However, they admitted affray.
They were remanded on bail for pre-sentence reports.
