A 10-YEAR-OLD Kidderminster boy and his co-accused, 13, are to be tried at crown court on a charge of causing £350,000 of damage by setting fire to a shop.
The premises of Dillons' newsagents at Foley Park were burned out on February 16 and the neighbouring fish bar damaged.
The boys are charged with endangering life and destroying property by fire.
Magistrates at a youth court endorsed a prosecution application for them to be tried before a judge and they were bailed to await committal for trial.
