Worcestershire CCC are opening their doors to players aged 11-14 by inviting them to spend the day at New Road with the stars, joining in net practice, receiving tips on their batting, bowling and wicketkeeping techniques.
And, as a special bonus, there will be a chance to meet the Australian touring side while they play Worcestershire in their opening match at New Road.
The event, on Sunday, June 3, is being arranged by the County in support of Childline, in the UK 24-hour helpline for children in danger or distress.
ChildLine's fundraising organiser Eric Kent said: "This is a terrific opportunity for budding young cricketers to meet their local heroes as well as the stars of the Australian team. We are so grateful to Worcestershire for making this day possible.
"ChildLine in the Midlands answers over 500 calls each day, many of which are from Herefordshire and Worcestershire but sadly, due to a shortage of resources, there are so many more calls which go unanswered. With this support from Worcestershire, we can improve on this figure and answer more calls from local children."
Tom Sears, Worcestershire's marketing director, said: "We are pleased to be working with ChildLine on this venture. We can promise all the young people who join us for the day a most superb time."
To take part youngsters are asked to pledge to raise sponsorship of £40, all of which will go to ChildLine to help them answer more calls from local children.
