EVESHAM magistrates adjourned a case against a Broadway farmer accused of causing unnecessary suffering to sheep, including failing to provide them with an adequate water supply.
Andrew Furness, of Vale Farm, Saintbury, is now due to appear before magistrates at Droitwich on June 1 on charges brought by the Trading Standards department of Worcestershire County Council, including failure to dispose of sheep carcass parts.
He denies the charges.
