THE UNUSUAL gift of a fretsaw was presented to Shelagh FitzGibbon who retired as a GP on May 1 after 33 years at Barn Close Surgery in Broadway.
The popular doctor was given an excellent send off by her patients at a party at The Lifford Hall in Broadway. One of the organisers Shirley Stone said: "We presented Dr FitzGibbon with a fretsaw because we heard she was going to while away some of her leisure hours making jigsaw puzzles."
