TALENTED Kidderminster Harriers duo Craig Hinton and Andy Ducros are due for minor operations to prepare for next season.
Defender Hinton will have corrective surgery on a groin complaint, while Ducros needs a clean-up operation on his knee.
Mark Shail is being advised to rest his groin trouble, while Adie Smith is to have an injection on a similar problem.
Meanwhile, boss Jan Molby is warning fans to be patient over new signings - he plans two or three free transfers who can step straight into the first team.
He admitted: "Come June and July, players can get a little bit desperate and then we might be able to get nearer to them."
Molby, who is targeting a goal-scoring midfielder, has admitted an interest in Inverness' Paul Sheerin.
But experienced forward Paul Barnes is out of the picture - Molby spoke to his agent but he is set to be player-coach at Doncaster.
Harriers will be sporting a near all-red home strip next season.
