AN FA Cup Final day football match in memory of two friends from Wolverley was so successful it is to become an annual event.
Lee Antcliff's former Saturday team, Lock FC, played his Sunday team, Stourport Town, at noon last Saturday in memory of the 23-year-old, who died in a car crash in November, and his best friend Richard Carrington, who was killed in a crash in March.
Organiser Mitch Rickson, a friend of Mr Antcliff's, said the game was watched by about 200 spectators, including the families of both young men, and the collection for the County Air Ambulance had been "very successful".
Stourport Town beat Lock FC 3-2 in a "very entertaining" game.
