ON Ascension Day, May 24, at 7.30pm at Berrow Church there will be a Salvation Army Concert.
Since the disastrous weather for the last occasion in December when many of the army band were unable to get through the floods to us (and those who did had a nightmare journey home) we are welcoming them back to Berrow Church. As a result of collections and donations £400 was donated to the Salvation Army Charity. This time we are hoping to give something to the 'Rural Stress' charity which helps those dealing or experiencing hardship over the foot and mouth crisis. Once again we would be grateful if you could provide a plate of sweet or savoury food for the supper in the hall after the concert. Tickets are £3 on the door or phone Celia on (01531) 650346.
