BUDDING artists are being invited to brush up on their technique at a fine art summer school organised by University College Worcester.
The course, Landscape and Visual Identity, takes place in July and is intended as a taster course for anyone thinking of studying art at university.
Although it can be counted towards a degree, there are no formal entry requirements.
The course will examine city and country landscapes using a range of techniques including painting, drawing and digital media. Tutors include practising artists and come from UCW and Malvern Hills College. The course also includes a trip to the Tate Modern in London and galleries in Birmingham.
The summer school runs from July 2 to 20 with an introductory day on June 5. The cost is £135. For more information, call Maureen Gamble on 01905 855422.
