WELLAND School of Tae-Kwon-Do recently held a sponsored spar to raise money for charity.
The school is run by Tony Mason 2nd Dan is part of AIMAA (Action International Martial Arts Association) whose President is world known Grandmaster Hee Il Cho 9th Dan.
Each student did magnificently to complete 100 one minute spars, which combine kicking and hand techniques.
A total of £321.50 was raised for Acorns children's Hospice, which is being built in Worcester.
