CHADDESLEY Corbett were thrashed at Pedmore by 115 runs in Worcestershire League Division One.
The home side batted first and Ian Chambers removed A Costello in the third over.
But a good stand of 91 between J Smith and D McDonnell in just 24 overs set the tone.
There was plenty of assistance for the seam bowlers but though no Pedmore batsmen passed 50, runs continued at a fair rate.
Andy Elbro took four middle-order wickets for 52 and Ian Chambers 3-44 but the rest of the attack was wayward with a total of 35 extras.
In reply, Chaddesley slipped to 46-5 in 20 overs. Kevin Truswell and Jon Masefield steadied things and took the score to78 before Truswell was the victim of a poor lbw decision.
The last four wickets could add just 18 more as Darren Freeman swept the tail-enders away.
Pedmore 211-8, Chaddesley 96.
Chaddesley 2nds 149-9, Pedmore 153-5.
Chaddesley won the toss in a Sunday friendly and batted first in a 53-run win over Old Hill.
Mark Edwards fell early to Pete Stevens but John Riches and Matt Boden prospered against the spinners before Riches departed lbw to Wright for 45.
Masefield soon followed but Chambers came in to score 50 in support of Boden, who finished on 94.
A total of 213-3 should have been within Old Hill's reach but Phil Baylis removed both openers.
With the score at 70-2, the innings fell away to 119-7 before the tail gave the score some respectability.
Chaddesley 213-3, Old Hill 160.
