A WORCESTER youth group has thanked people who helped it get back on its feet.
The Streets Ahead organisation asked for assistance earlier this year, partly to overcome the effects of a burglary and also because the premises in Dines Green was in a state of disrepair.
Jon White, a youth worker at the club, said a television, video and darts board were among items donated following the appeal.
Sofas and chairs had also been presented by supporters to give the club a facelift.
"It's much more comfortable now, thanks to the generosity of those who have donated," he said.
"Of course, we are always looking for more equipment.
"If anyone has any pool table-related equipment, we would be very pleased to hear from them."
Mr White said he would welcome offers of help from people willing to make curtains and cushions.
Anyone ready to lend a hand, or to donate goods to Streets Ahead, is asked to contact Jon White on 01905 422211.
