ATHLETICS: Two Amazing Feet Running Club members recorded personal best times at the 20th Hereford marathon-and-a-half.
Both Debbie Sault and Nicola Beecroft were in form as they both completed their first half-marathons.
Sault finished in 1 hour 55 minutes, with Beecroft in 2-6, while Lindsay Pulley, 2-10, and Martin Proudler also completed the event.
In the marathon, Wayne Slater and John Amos both had to pull out at 16 miles and 17 miles respectively. Les Jones, however, completed the race.
Earlier, 20 club members took part in the Inter-Club handicap for 2001.
Run over a 3.5 mile route in the Wyre Forest, Slater took the prize for the fastest man, while Sault continued her fine form, finishing as the fastest lady.
Pulley and Beecroft picked up the trophies for first man and lady across the line.
