SWIMMING: Sisters Jodie and Aimee Cook are ready to take the plunge at the Welsh Open in Swansea next month.
The Holy Trinity School students have been training with Wyre Forest Swimming Club for the last two years.
Jodie, 10, and Aimee, nine, cheer each other on and are very close, according to parents Susan and Mitchell.
Their mother said: "They are strong individual swimmers and always want the other to win.
"Wales will be a good opportunity for Jodie and for Aimee who will be able to show everyone what she can do."
