FAIRFIELD entertained basement club Wellesbourne and ran out easy winners
It was the home side who did the early attacking and after 15 minutes they went in front after Waine Devey was brought down inside the area.
From the resulting spot kick, Junior McKeon easily beat keeper Gary Bevan. After this it was still one way traffic and after 30 minutes Tony Evans scored for Villa from 20 yards.
In the second half Villa dominated the game but the visitors pulled a goal back on the hour when substitute Ivor Conway headed home from close range.
In the last 20 minutes Villa threatened with Ian Brown hitting the post, heading over from close range and 'keeper Bevan saving well from his close range shot.
