A TOWN nursery is appealing for a kind family to adopt a cute bunny who struck it lucky.
Staff at Droitwich Spa Kindergarten and Nursery, in Worcester Road, found a rabbit wandering around the car park last week.
He was in a dishevelled state so caring workers took him to a nearby vet where he was treated and had most of his matted fur shaved off.
They have called him Lucky and he is now being pampered at the nursery but staff are keen to find him a permanent home.
Manager Pam Kasperczyk said: "The children love him and we have been teaching them how to care for animals.
"But it is not practical to keep him here and we would love to reunite him with his owner or a caring home."
Contact the nursery for further details on (01905) 773981.
