KIDDERMINSTER Harriers chairman Lionel Newton has revealed talks are set to start over the possibility of a new stand at Aggborough.
All Third Division stadia are required by the Football League to have a minimum of 2,000 seats.
And although Kidderminster currently have 1,100, promoted clubs have three years in which to fulfil the requirements.
This means the club now have two seasons to install the extra seats and Newton has confirmed that the club are looking to build.
"Building work is unlikely to happen until next summer though verbal plans are in the initial stages," he said.
"We obviously would like to make it as big and as profitable as possible, though these plans are obviously restricted by finances.
"We are still in talks with the Kidderminster Harriers Sports and Social Club concerning the land they currently have behind the Bill Greaves Terrace," he said.
There are also plans to incorporate a host of new facilities, including a gymnasium, classrooms and a creche.
