BUDDING Baileys went snap-happy in Stourport to take part in a photographic competition.
And judges were delighted with the sudden burst of interest which developed towards the contest's closing date.
Prizes were awarded to people in the junior and adults sections of the Stourport And What It Means To Me competition, which attracted 23 entries and 85 photographs in total.
Organisers Stourport Civic Society and West Midlands Co-op chose Jon Wright as the adult winner for his Meeting of Two Rivers shot, while Louise MacTaggart scooped the junior title for her Harbour Ship snap.
Civic society secretary Jill Fairbrother-Millis said: "We were tremendously pleased with the entries we received after a slow start.
"There were a wide range of photographs taken, with the waterways and memorial park the most common sites."
The photographs are now on display in Stourport Library and the Co-op store in Lombard Street.
