THREE members of the North Midlands Under-20 side have changed their holiday plans so that they can make a dream ap-pearance at Twickenham in the Tetley's Under-20 County Championship final against Surrey on Saturday.
Worcester fly-half Jon Higgins and his club-mate Neil Mason, a blindside flanker, have both agreed to return home early from a holiday in Greece, while Luctonians lock Alex Davidson has postponed a family holiday in the United States until after the final.
All three have been included in the same starting line-up that defeated Yorkshire 22-3 in the semi-finals at Moseley last month although Davidson will have a late fitness check on a shoulder injury.
None of the North Midlands players have played any competitive rugby since the semi-final.
They have, however, had regular contact training sessions in the past three weeks and have used Dixonians' new headquarters at Knightlow Road in Edgbaston as their training base.
