A revamp for Kidderminster's ugliest building has been delayed to allow councillors the chance to see how best to improve it.
Crown House, Bull Ring, which houses government departments offices, will be visited by district planning councillors to assess a bid by owners Trillium to replace windows with anti-sun laminated double glazing and redecorate external cladding panels.
Earlier this year district council leader Mike Oborski described it as the town's ugliest building after historian Margaret Bradley began a campaign to have it demolished.
