Denise Clive reviewed the past year, events and achievements, at the annual meeting.
Janet Miller was re-elected as president, and after giving her report, she thanked everyone who had helped over the year.
Mr Willetts then gave a talk on the running and finances of Air Ambulance. The helicopter is paid for by donations, but the medical staff are paid by the National Health Service.
The Air Ambulance covers an area between the Black Mountains, Northampton, and Hereford, and the medics have flown more than 10,500 missions.
It takes two minutes for the helicopter to take off and costs £6,250 just to get 10ft off the ground.
The next meeting will be on July 18 when Janet Miller will show how to dress a salmon and make the accompanying sauce. The competition is for a "fishy" photograph.
