At the May meeting Joyce Allen and Janet Murray explained the resolutions to be presented at the annual meeting.
A group visited the Leys group meeting at Foley Park, when Ann Quiney reminded them of Agenda 21 - to improve the quality of life in contemporary communities. Brian Draper had given a history of the River Severn, with slides, and The Late Starters entertained.
Green bowling commenced on May 22, and several members visited Perdiswell Craft Day in Worcester on May 23.
Banners and kites were made for Cookley Kite Fly on May Day, and craft items were included in the exhibition in Bewdley Library.
Future events include a coffee morning, plant swap and ploughman's lunch at Jeanne Round's home on June 9, a visit to the Rose Theatre for a flower arranging demonstration by Andrew Lloyd on June 27, and a visit to Redditch's Needle Museum in July.
There will be a members' evening on June 11.
