Born in Wyre Forest and educated at local Worc-estershire schools, Stephen works as an electrical engineer in the building services industry.
He represents Worc-estershire County Council on the Kidderminster & District Community Health Council where he has been elected vice-chairman for his second year.
Health care is an extremely important local issue in Wyre Forest and it is, he believes, vital that the CHC monitors the health services provided by the regional health authority very closely.
Kidderminster and its surrounding districts must be given the best possible local care. He says a new Conservative-controlled county council with his health experience will scrutinise the health authority very closely.
He is a member of the Hereford and Worces-tershire Combined Fire Authority and has been appointed to the Government's West Midlands Regional Cultural Consortium in Birmingham.
He is a trustee of Chaddesley Corbett Educational Foundation and governor at Spennells First School.
