Harry is a former high school master and director of a community arts centre.
Currently a businessman, living with his wife and mother in Chaddesley, he is deeply involved in local and rural issues, being vice chairman of Chaddesley Parish Council, a trustee of several charitable foundations, and supporter of Kidderminster College where his musician's skills underpin his work with the Wyre Forest Arts Forum.
Harry's commitment to Chaddesley is total. He says: "Local health care provision is inadequate, we are entitled to full accident and emergency provision and it must be restored. Waste disposal can be better dealt with than by monster incinerators.
"Our roads require improved maintenance and school headteachers should not have to go begging to London to provide for our children.
"The county council must produce more sensible outcomes. I am committed to getting things done."
