Local hospital campaigner Louise Edginton has lived in Wyre Forest for 45 years.
Until last year, she has represented local people on the district council since 1976.
Louise's political experience is second to none. She is one of few politicians today who are stopped in the streets by three generations of local people.
Being a local school governor for many years, she is well known by local school children.
Louise is a past chairman of the district council's development control sub-committee and former board member of Wyre Forest Community Housing.
She has been battling for months against the downgrading of Kidder-minster Hospital and is currently pursuing a local case with Conser-vative European politicians and the European Parliament to fight under the new human rights legislation for Kidderm-inster Hospital to have its accident & emergency department re-instated.
Louise believes she would be an extremely valuable member of a new Conservative-controlled county council.
