A district councillor of 10 years standing, Chris offers a wealth of experience to the electorate.
A past chairman of Wyre Forest District Council, past chairman of housing and environmental health services, together with membership of many influential and advisory committees serve to illustrate Chris's commitment and experience.
As a non-executive member of the Acute Trust Board Chris has been actively fighting, from the inside, to increase and enhance facilities at Kidderminster Hospital. He is particularly pleased with the recent opening of the GP Unit and future developments with the cancer and dialysis units.
While supporting the preservation of the Green Belt, Chris is eager to promote economic development.
He says: " The economic regeneration of commercial sites is vital. We must encourage more low to medium tech industries into areas such as Oldington in order to bring prosperity and more jobs.
"However, such developments do not include an incinerator, which would blight our area for future commercial investment."
