THERE was a last-minute addition to the expected list of candidates to fight the Leominster constituency at the General Election.
Bromyard man John Haycock put his name forward as an Independent.
Mr Haycock contested the seat on behalf of the British National Party at the 1997 General Election.
He is one of six candidates fighting for the right to succeed former Conservative and then Labour MP Peter Temple-Morris, who is stepping down.
The Conservatives are being represented by Bill Wiggin, the Liberal Democrats by Celia Downie, Labour by Stephen Hart, the Green Party by Pippa Bennett and the United Kingdom Independence Party by Christopher Kingsley.
