David, a former mayor of Stourport and Wyre Forest district councillor, has lived and worked in the town for almost 40 years and is proud to put himself forward as a candidate for the county council election on June 7.
He believes he knows what is most important to the residents of the Severn Division.
He will urge the construction of Stourport's much-needed relief road, especially for the benefit of those residents who live "over the bridge".
He says nothing has happened in the eight years of Labour-Lib Dem administration at County Hall. Only Conservative control, with David playing an active part, can bring about this progress
"On June 7, people should elect a county councillor who knows the area which he will be representing and will keep the issues of Stourport, especially those affecting the residents of Severn Division, firmly to the forefront at County Hall," he says.
