ENGLAND'S Craig White put Worcestershire to the sword on the second day of their Second XI Championship clash with Yorkshire at Scarborough.
White, returning to action after missing the first Test with a side strain, struck five sixes in an unbeaten 82, and with support from Chris Taylor (78no) and Vic Craven (48), they declared on 252-2 -- eight runs ahead.
Worcestershire closed on 162-4 in their second innings with James Pipe unbeaten on 52 and former Leicestershire player Dominic Williamson, playing his first match on trial, 35no.
Kadeer Ali, who hit 78 in the first innings, has been called up by the first team for their Championship match with Gloucestershire at Bristol.
