BROMSGROVE Rovers boss Steve Daniels is hoping to bring former Kidderminster Harriers defender Jon Ford to the club next season.
Ford, who also enjoyed spells in the Football League with Swansea, Bradford, Gillingham and Barnet, has been released by Halesowen Town who were relegated from the Dr Martens League Premier Division.
Daniels also revealed he had enquired about Redditch United's Martin Myers.
The Rovers director of football said he was pleased to have the opportunity to battle for promotion after dropping out of the Western Division, but admitted it could be tough bringing in new players.
"It is always difficult to attract players when you drop down a league but what I am looking for is experienced players," he said.
"All leagues are difficult to get out and the Midland Football Alliance will be no different."
