VILLAGES in Worcestershire are being urged to apply for grants of up to £10,000 to turn their parish halls into centres for services for the community.
Healthy living centres, post offices and surgeries are some of the projects that have received cash so far from the Carnegie United Kingdom Trust.

Applications must be received by the end of August.
