I THINK Sarah Greenaway (You Say, May 16) could be right.
A massive Labour election victory may be used as a vote of confidence with regard to further European integration by Blair.
He is assured of that majority because the Independence Party will gain by splitting the Tory vote as the Tories are nearest to them on European policy.
I think Blair will cut and run about half way through the next parliament to avoid reaction to a European surrender and he'll take a Brussels job.
But if he does have a euro referendum you can bet it will be worked in such a way that he'll get the vote in all the confusion.
