A WELL-KNOWN Bromsgrove photographer who had won many awards for his work has died.
Michael Mackenzie who traded as Michael Stuart Photography, died in Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday night. He was 53.
Sandra, his wife of 20 years, said he began to feel unwell three weeks ago and was admitted to Ronkswood Hospital.
A post mortem has been ordered, but it is understood death was due to a pancreas problem.
Born in Glasgow, he had been in Bromsgrove for close on 20 years.
The chairman of Bromsgrove District, Cllr Mike Gill said: "He bubbled with life. He was the life and soul of the party."
He leaves two sons from a previous marriage, and one by his second wife Sandra.
