CUSTOMERS of a Worcester fast food restaurant had fun in the sun on Bank Holiday Monday.
Staff at McDonald's, Hylton Road, held a fund-raising day in aid of the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) and among the attractions were a car wash and a raffle. Worcester's Red Watch fire crew was also on hand.
McDonald's joined forces with Homebase and Curry's, also based at Hylton Road, to give prizes.
"Lots of people said how much they enjoyed themselves and the children really seemed to like the fire engine," said Michelle Pope, shift-running manager at the branch.
The day raised around £500 for the RNIB.
