HOLY Trinity School's Faye Lingwood has again impressed in the swimming pool with a gold in the Midland Districts U-13/14 Freestyle Relay.
Competing for Stourbridge, the Kidderminster pupil also managed a bronze in the medley relay.
Lingwood competed against 37 other clubs from 17 counties and now goes through to the nationals with her relay team.
The 14-year-old said: "I'm absolutely thrilled and still can't believe it.
"When I came first in the freestyle relay my mum was excited but when I finished third in the medley relay, she was speechless!"
Holy Trinity PE teacher Jeanette Thomas said: "Faye should be very proud. She has worked hard and achieved recognition at the Midland Districts.
"She also achieved national time in 50-metre freestyle. She is a real credit to the school."
