ALLEGATIONS of violence arising from ice-cream sellers' differences on the Spennells estate in Kidderminster are to go for trial at crown court, town magistrates have ruled.
Three men accused of causing fear of violence in Dunlin Drive on May 18 were bailed for committal for trial on July 20.
Benito Gualano, 61, and Stuart Hudson, 40, both of Hurcott Road, and Renato Gualano, 47, of Masefield Gardens, all Kidderminster, are accused of attacking a sales van operated by another trader.
